Ivan,

It appears some of your WRF map projection parameters are incompatible with your domain. Your domain is over Brazil, but your standard latitudes are in the northern hemisphere (30N and 60N), and your standard longitude is 98W. Unfortunately, you'll have to redo your WRF run from the beginning, including WPS. In your WPS namelist, try setting stand_lon = -51.46, truelat1 = -30.0, truelat2 = -60.0

Or, since your domain is in the tropics, consider using a Mercator projection.

The model was succesfully run (output file is ok). And it seems like post-processing exe was also run with no errors (namelist.ARWpost is correctly set). For this reason I guess the problem really is about GrADS and the ctl file. The version of GrADS is the following (sorry about how big it is, but it contains the whole configuration):
