[gradsusr] Errors when attempting to access Grads documentation using firefox & IE browser from my WINDOW 7 computer

Hi!

When I try to  access this URL http://opengrads.org/doc/win32-v2/Getting_Started.html  from my WINDOWS 7 computer,

I get the following error message ...............
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /doc/win32-v2/Getting_Started.html on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
How do I get around this problem?
