[gradsusr] reg: how can i open grib2 files with opengrads?

Dear all,

 how can i open grib2 files with the help of opengrads in windows?
 for this purpose g2gdf.pl is used to create a descriptor file for grib2
files. but where can i download g2gdf.pl file and where can i save it that
file and where can i convert grib2 file into gdf file and inventory files.
presently i am using grads v 2.0. is this sufficient for g2gdf execution?

please help me regarding this.
