[gradsusr] GrADS resolution

Hi Emma!
If that's what I'm thinking, you can set the map size when printing

printim out.png xNNN yNNN
  xNNN - horizontal size in NNN pixels
  yNNN - vertical size in NNN pixels

Example:  printim out.png x1000 y800
