[gradsusr] Help scripts for WRF output in grads

Hi Zilore!

ARWpost gives the humidity and temperature for several leves specified
in namelist.awrpost
I send to you my namelist.arwpost with all diagnosic filelds
specified, extrapolation under terrain and isobaric surface levels
(not meters)
