Galloc is a bit of wrapper code around malloc that is unique to GrADS; it is used for tracking memory leaks. The message you report means that the tracking of memory has stopped, mallocs continue but without the extra bytes for checking whether that bit of memory was overwritten. By itself, it doesn't really indicate an error, only that your script is allocating a whole lot of memory. To find out what's wrong with your output would require a bit more debugging and reporting from you as to what your script is doing and where the binary file goes bad.

I suppose this because my fortran program, which ingests the output data produced by GrAds, is failing to yield its results.
