[gradsusr] Climate Division Shapefiles

I came across this script:
ftp://iges.org/grads/scripts/shp_demo1.gs
was interested, until it came to obtaining the shape files..
ftp://climate/ftp/pub/data/divboundaries/gis/
seems you need a user/pass to get in now ..
does anybody have these shape files ??
