For those not wanting to go through the trouble of building the supplibs,
the opengrads project distributes pre-compiled version of these for all the
platforms we support:

   http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengrads/files/supplibs/2.2.1/

These include absolutely every library needed to build grads, all
consistently built. These libraries are known to build grads from the COLA
sources.
