[gradsusr] Grads 2.0.1 Compilation Problem

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for your response. I have checked versions 3.6.3, 4.1.1 and 3.5.1 
(which is the oldest available) of netcdf, and I haven't found this 
definition. Do you know what version of netcdf GraDS requires?
