[gradsusr] Using subplot.gs: vpage error

Hi everyone

I've downloaded subplot.gs and required files from
http://www.atmos.umd.edu/~bguan/grads/GrADS_Scripts.html Then I try to plot
a 4 panel multiplot with the following code:

open BSST·ctl
set display color white
set grads off
set map 1 1 2
set mpdset hires
set gxout shaded
set t 20
set z 1 5
set lon -10 10
set lat 38.9
subplot.gs 4 1
d tke
subplot.gs 4 2
d tke
subplot.gs 4 3
d tke
subplot.gs 4 4
d tke

Then I get the following error message

SET Error: vpage values beyond real page limits

You can see the result in the attached file.

I couldn't find a solution nor in the list archive neither through Google.
Any help will be appreciated.
