[gradsusr] How to resolve reading of files and units?

Dear All,

I haven't used Grads in a while and was trying to open nc files and got
the message below:

Definition of "kt" in "/usr/share/xml/udunits2.xml", line 86, overrides
prefixed-unit 1000kg.......

How do I resolve the problem of not reading .nc or .dat files in Grads?
I have used the sdfopen/open for nc/dat respectively without success.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
