[gradsusr] one-dimensional GrADS binary file

Dear User,
I have annual time series of area averaged station rainfall data for a district in ASCII 
(Excel). How can I use this data in GrADS. I would like to create a one-dimensional GrADS file 
for various time series analysis.
I have 70 years data is in the following format. Please give me suggestions.

1901 450
1902 380
1903 395
---- ---
---- ---
1970  432
