[gradsusr] how to compute Threat score

Hi
I wanted to find threat score.I have two datasets in two different columns
say i have rainfall data (actual observed) in one column and another column
contain model predicted rainfall.
So the formula  for equitable threat score (ETS)  is

ETS =  H / (F+M+H)

Where H = Number of grid points where model predicted rain and actual rain
occurred.
F = number of grid point where model predicted rain but rain did not
occurred
M = Number of grid points where rain occurred but model failed to predict,

any suggestion??????
