[gradsusr] How to open a .ctl file in a different path

You need to configure the 'dset E:\xxx\xxx.dat' in your control file (edit
it with notepad). The you use 'open E:\xxx\xxx.ctl' (minus the parenthesis)
in you GrADS terminal. You can learn the basics at
