[gradsusr] remark line in grads

Hello Chinh,

Please look at attached tar file.  This contains the following:

stats_cru_prcp-alvar.dat      input ascii data
stats_cru_prcp-alvar.bin      output binary data
ascii-bin_ts.f                      fortran program to convert ascii to
binary data (timeseries)
stats_cru_prcp-alvar.ctl       control file
plot_stats-prcp_cru.gs        script to plot mean, mean+sdv, mean-sdv and
legends.
cbar_linejM.v2.gs               script to plot a legend for line plot
(modified from original cbar_line2.gs)
stats-cru_prcp-Avar2.png    graphic output
