Rocco,
Remove the line "DTYPE netcdf" from your control file.  Generally, a file ending in .bin is going to be a binary file rather than a netCDF file.  Plus, your VAR entry doesn't match the pattern for a netcdf type variable anyway.  I removed it and was able to view the data with no problem.

I am trying to load the attached files in GRADS.
I load the ctl file, I set time from 1 to 30 ("set t 1 30"), and then I try to display the variable flow ("d flow").
As a result I get 30 lines saying "Cannot contour grid - all undefined values"
I attached a screen shot of the GrADS prompt window.

If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I am very new to GrADS and I basically have no clue.
