[gradsusr] 0.5 deg ocean mask

Hi,

I'm trying to find a 0.5 deg land/ocean mask, so that
can preform calculations with my data, and not 
include values over the ocean.  In other words,
basemap.gs won't work.

Does anyone know where I can find a file like this?
Or, is there some sort of command that will do
this in GrADS without downloading a file?

Is there an easy way to create this file in GrADS?
