[gradsusr] open netcdf files in grads

Dear GrADS users,

I am trying to open a netcdf file in GrADS, and gives me the following
error:

ga-> sdfopen GLDAS_VIC10_M.A197901.001.nc
Scanning self-describing file:  GLDAS_VIC10_M.A197901.001.nc
udunits(3): Couldn't open units database
"/usr/local/lib/grads/udunits.dat": No such file or directory
gadsdf: UDUNITS package initialization failure.

please help!
