[gradsusr] need program for creating a grads data from netcdf....

Dear Grads users,

I am quit new to grads programming. Could anyone help me with the grads
code to create grads data file? I have a netcdf file with all the required
variables in all dimensions. The control file of the data file must be like
the following.
