[gradsusr] Unusual map displacement

Hey Dan,
It looks like your y doesn't go all the way to 50.8N. You're land surface data only seems to go to the florida peninsula, which is probably around 27N or something. If you set up your ending y value in your name list correctly, it should fix the problem.
