[gradsusr] Problem solved with gr2stn() function

Im answering my own querry.

Solve the issue 
 'set gxout tserbarb'

.... etc

The tserbarb function works with barbs on 1D time series ...

(Grads if fantastic! There is a feature there for any eventuality!)
