[gradsusr] Drawing a trace in a map

Dear All,
 
I would like to draw trace of a typhoon in my maps, can I do that? how? I mean  for example I want to show a trace on my maps that indicates the path from x1 - x2 ( latitude ) and y1-y2 (longitude) is the trace of the special typhoon.
 
Could you please lead me?
