[gradsusr] problem with plotting

Dear Sir/Madam

I got trouble with Grads

I have two datas with same file size
but, why I couldnot plot another data while another was OK
I used the same script,

the message of the failure was :

Cannot contour grid - all undefined values
Cannot plot color bar: No shading information

What can I do, please help me
