[gradsusr] descriptor file (skip to read data)

You can't skip times between hour 14 and 23 and still draw a 10-day time series with no gaps. If you don't want to include the data from hour 14-23, move those files to another folder so GraDS will treat them as missing data. Then you can draw the 10 days, but you will have gaps for the missing hours. --Jennifer
