[gradsusr] How to find the maximum rainfall location?

Dear GrADS Users,

I'm trying to find the maximum rainfall location in an area ,when I use the function (maxloc) in gs,as follows:
'd maxloc(maxloc(sumrain,lat=21,lat=35),lon=115,lon=129)'
but it do not work
'sumrain'  is  grid  number, how to use the function maxloc  in such case?
