[gradsusr] HELP TO READ amsre SEA ICE concentrations IN GrADS pls

Hi all,
 
  I am trying to read in Grads Polar stereo pre-projected sea
ice data (http://www.ifm.zmaw.de/research/remote-sensing-assimilation/sea-ice/amsr-e-sea-ice-concentration/#c4255).
I understand that a ctl file needs to be generated with pdef definitions. The
data files are in hdf format.
 
Could someone help me devise a ctl file for this data.

The details are as follows
 
Polar
stereographic projection with the projection plane intersecting 
the
earth at 70 degree and using the Hughes ellipsoid. The ellipsoid used in
the Hughes software assumes a radius of 6378.273 km and an eccentricity  of
0.081816153

Corner coordinates are

The origin of each x, y grid is the respective pole. The
approximate outer boundaries of the Northern and Southern grids are defined in the
