[gradsusr] Spatial RMSE script

Dear Fellow Grads Users,

I'm trying to spatially quantify the closeness of my model results with
observations using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE).
Since RMSE is not a function in GrADS I tried to use existing functions to
come up with RMSE.
pls. find attached script for your comments.. Am I doing right?
