[gradsusr] install grads

I succeded to install grads, but there is a problem to open a netcdf file.
I tried xdfopen, sdfopen and open but nothing runs.

I have the last version of grads: grads-2.0.1 by package, in directory lib:
ther are:
bufrscan  COPYRIGHT  grads  grib2scan  gribmap  gribscan  gxeps  gxps
 gxtran  INSTALL  stnmap  wgrib
