[gradsusr] Up to date hires & lowres files

I've found websites like http://www.mapcruzin.com/ to be helpful for finding
shapefiles. Your best bet is to search the web- there's plenty of free data
out there.
The National Weather Service GIS page used to have some great basic
political boundary files, but it appears they have been removed:
