Christelle:

The "draw line" function works with the page dimensions (e.g., inches on 
the page), rather than grid coordinates.  So, your example below is 
drawing a line from 1-inch,70-inches to 1-inch, 30-inches.  You'll have 
to convert the lat/lon position to page position.
