[gradsusr] Grads update issues for South Africa

I believe this is the correct route to follow that we are experiencing issues with Grads updating for South Africa.

Can you please put us in contact with  someone that can sort out this technical difficulties.

This is an urgent matter for us, as we need to intra-daily follow the weather changes.
