[gradsusr] GFS and Metar data on wxmaps.org and monsoondata.org

Dear All,
COLA is in the midst of relocating its data center. The web sites iges.org, wxmaps.org, and monsoondata.org are still up, but the real-time data flow of GFS forecasts and surface metars will be offline until Tuesday. Thanks for your patience during the transition.
