[gradsusr] equivalent potential temperature

What's the problem?  Just remember to set your dimension environment before
calling the script.  If all you want is a time-height section for a single
vertical profile, then something like this would do:

'set lat Y'
'set lon X'
'set lev A B'
'set t M N'
'run thetae.gs'
'd thetae'
