[gradsusr] GrADS problem

First thing I'd try is verifying the areal extent of your grids. Make sure
you aren't confusing a negative lat/lon for one that should be positive.
For example, if your data goes from -90 to +90 longitude, you may have to
specify it as 270 to 90.
