[gradsusr] GrADS calculation and GRIB or GrADS format stored -

Hi alls,

It`s possible that after making a GrADS calculation*, this result we can 
turn directly to GRIB and stored it or continue GrAD format too.

*an average of 5 years of meteorological parameter.
