[gradsusr] What's wrong in the script?

Dear All,
 
I am trying to plot rainfall from WRF output for different range (say 10 mm to 250mm) for a perticular color cobination colorbar .Please see below the script, but it not working (if statement).
What's wrong. Any can help? Please.
