[gradsusr] get ave

Hi Dear GrADS users

I have output from RegCM model in 6 hours(4 time daily) for several months.
I want to get a daily ave for these output. What am I suppose to do?(per
month has 120 time)
define ... =ave(exp,t=?,t=?)
Is this function true?
