[gradsusr] executing command in OpenGrads v2.0.a9.oga.1

hello, i need help

in lower version of opengrads, ie in v2.0.a7.oga.3 when i am executing  the
batch file which contains the following command, it was working nicely.  but
in the latest version ie, v2.0.a9.oga.1 while executing the same command
line i am not getting the output kindly help me

the command line is
 grads -lc 'exec RAMTGRD.B'
