[gradsusr] Barbs for a time series at a certain lat/lon location

Hi All,

I have seen a sample meteogram chart where a panel displays wind barbs at
each time step in a time series.  The same panel also displays Wind speed as
a line graph.  I have tried to replicate this but even though I do:

'set gxout barb'
'set ccolor 1'
'd u;v'

I get a second line graph instead.  How does one get barbs to show in a time
series chart ?
