[gradsusr] Script for anticyclon

Dear Users,

Does anyone know is there any GrADS' script for calculation of the strenght
of an anticyclone? Any information would be valuable for me, e.g some
publication on that topic, is it possible to make such a script, etc.
Namely, I need to calculate the variability in strenght of the Sibirian
Hight (i.e. the Sibirian Anticyclon) for a 30-years period using NCEP/NCAR
reanalyses data.
