[gradsusr] Shapefile in Windows

In addition to Afzaal's instructions, you can place your shape anywhere and
use it as for example:
'draw shp d:\shape\pol_ocean.shp' it works for me on windows.
Note that the folder *shape* contains four other supporting files.
