[gradsusr] grads-mode for emacs.?

Here are two emacs mode files for GrADS scripts and GrADS descriptor  
files. They were written by Joe Wielgosz years ago, but they still  
work great and I depend on them daily. Don't write to him with any  
questions, though, he is no longer at COLA. Post questions here instead.
