[gradsusr] help with g2grb, please.

Try this instead.

   g2grb t pop.grb  d=2011030300:TMP:2 m above ground:6 hour fcst

After the date code, you have to add the GRIB2 name as used by wgrib2.
Then follows the level which must be consistent with wgrib2 notation.
Then follows the forecast/analysis time information.  Again it has to be 
consistent with wgrib2 notation.

g2grb uses wgrib2 to add the metadata to the grib2 file.  The input 
format of this metadata is
based on the wgrib2 inventory and the last argument to g2grb is a 
columns 3-6 of a wgrib2 inventory.
