[gradsusr] No axis and title with white baqckground

Dear Gradsusers,

I have used set background 1 to get a white background in my grads images.

However, as you can see in the attachment, the axis (and title) remain in
white and therefore are not visible. How can I change this please?

Also, is there a way to change the colour of the map outline please? thank
you
