[gradsusr] plot entire file

Sorry i mean to plot the entire fill withour borders so that the output file
is fully plotted with data!

I've never specified the x&y before and the output I get is always
800x618 (default size?). There is not much difference between the following;

printim filename.png
printim filename.png x800 y600
