[gradsusr] plot entire file

Kevin, try this
set grads off
set parea 0.5 10.5 0.5 8.5
set mproj scaled
d variable
printim image.png
If you want an image without the lon-lat labels,
set grads off
set xlab off
set ylab off
set parea 0 11 0 8.5
set mproj scaled
d variable
printim image.png
