[gradsusr] Help on SkewT plot

Hi everybody,

This is a frequent question and I'd like to contribute with a solution. I
think it would be great creating a recipe for OpenGrADS cookbook about this
topic. If you give me chance I can create it with some sugestions of the
content of attached file:

sounding_grads.f
Program to read sounding ascii data (columns) and create binary data to plot
with GrADS

raob_soundings7076.tmp
Input sounding ascii data in FSL format. Source: http://esrl.noaa.gov/raobs

raob.dat
Output binary data created by sounding_grads.f program.

raob.ctl
Control (ctl) file (ctl)  created by sounding_grads.f program.

plot_sounding.gs
Script to plot a skewT thermodiagram.

sounding.ps
Graphic output created by plot_sounding.gs
