[gradsusr] CDO

Hi Dear GrADS users

I was able to work with CDO before, But now it does not work in my system!
The error is :
cdo mergetime: Open failed on >APHRO_ME_050deg_V1003R1.1999.nc<
Unsupported file type (library support not compiled in)

I think I lost some libraries. which library I have to install in my system
to work
with CDO again?
