Hello
How does one do that? I know that there is DSET, OPTIONS, UNDEF, TITLE, XDEF, etc must be defined. How do you know the correct setting for these?

Hi again
You have to write a .ctl file for your HDF file.

Any other commands to try? Is there something I am not doing?
Thanks

Hi Jonathan
You should open it by xdfopen command.

Hellow
I was attempting to open an .hdf file of MOPITT CO data in grads but I get the following error:
ga-> sdfopen MOP02-20060520-L2V8.0.2.val.hdf
Scanning self-describing file: MOP02-20060520-L2V8.0.2.val.hdf
gadsdf: SDF file has no discernable X coordinate.
Are there any ways to get around this error? Do I need to put in any other commands?
