[gradsusr] plot wind vectors under 10 m/s only

Try this:

'd maskout(u,10-mag(u,v));v'

If the arrows are too close together, use

'd skip(maskout(u,10-mag(u,v)),N);v' where N > 1, choose N depending on your resolution and domain size.

I need to plot winds with vectors, but I need to plot arrows under 10 m/s only (over 10 m/s in blank). 
How can I do this ?
